Please help keep our neighborhood beautiful by storing your garbage containers out of sight on days other than pick up.  Garbage pickup is Wednesday and Saturday, please bring in your garbage carts as soon as possible after pickup.

HOME IMPROVEMENTS 

Fence modifications and roof replacements require ACC approval.  For approved roof colors and fence types, please review our deed restrictions in "documents" or contact the Management Co. or the Architectural Control Committie (ACC.)

Prior to making any home improvements to the outside of your home, be sure to read the Deed Restrictions (Declarations and  Covenents) to ensure that your improvements conform to the Boardwalk HOA standards of construction, visual appeal, uniformity, and design. It is your responsibility to forward the exterior modification request (EMR) form in "Documents" to the management company at least thirty (30) days before beginning your home improvements.  The EMR form can be filed electronically at www.crest-management.com.  The rules require that you have approval by the ACC prior to beginning the work on your home. If the homeowner makes an improvement that does not meet the stated ACC guidelines, the board has the legal right to enforce compliance.
